All used parts are pressure tested by qualified and experienced technicians – parts will not be listed if they are leaking, heavily damaged or unfit for purpose.
The Buyer is responsible for checking and confirming that the item listed matches the part on the vehicle – models listed are for guidance only as vehicles may have multiple choices for a given part.
We cannot always guarantee the item pictured in the listing is the item you will receive – if you wish piece of mind, you may request a photograph of the item you will receive.
Standard P&P is for UK mainland only excluding Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland etc. If your address falls outside these areas you may be liable for additional postage charges and/or experience a delayed delivery. If you are unsure, please contact us with your postcode.
Items will be dispatched to the confirmed PayPal address. Items paid via PayPal may not be collected.
Postage paid will not be refunded in the event of a returned item – it was payment for a service which the buyer received.
Items must be returned within 14 days as per The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The Buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs.
Please contact East End Radiators prior to sending any part back at the soonest available time. Notice of return/cancellation should be given within 7 days of the buyer receiving the item.
Notice of Return will only be taken via eBay messaging system – please do not call to tell us you wish to return an item.
Return of Free Postage items, where correctly supplied, will incur an 8.00 surcharge deduction. *Exchange of a correctly supplied item will incur a surcharge of 8.50 (15.50 N.I.) to cover the cost of sending the replacement item.
Items returned as faulty will be subject to inspection and testing (for which an inspection report can be provided on request) by qualified technicians whose decision is final. East End Radiators have been manufacturing radiators since 1957 – we most certainly know what we are talking about.
Any parts supplied that have been altered, modified, dismantled or tampered with may not be returned. Normal wear and tear only, excludes improper install, accidental damage, abuse, misuse or negligence.
A faulty item can be exchanged or repaired at the discretion of East End Radiators although a full refund may be offered where an item is found to be faulty. Repair > Replace > Refund, in that order.
New units returned should be in resale condition, undamaged, in original packaging with all documentation; not fitted or tested upon vehicle. New items returned, found to be used, will be treated as a warranty claim i.e. no fault = no refund. You will be required to pay P&P to have the item returned back to you.
East End Radiators will not be held responsible for any goods damaged in transit that have been signed for in good condition as we then have no recourse against the courier for the damaged item. If the packaging looks like it has been mishandled or damaged, please inspect the item before signing or sign it as unchecked if the courier doesnt allow you to inspect the parcel. Do no accept or sign for a parcel/contents that is/are/may be damaged without checking it first.
New units carry a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. To satisfy our manufacturers warranty, all new parts must be professionally fitted. Warranty claims require a checkable copy of the invoice/receipt for having the part fitted. Warranties are a one time replacement to the original purchaser only. Exclusions apply.
East End Radiators will not be held liable for any third party or labour charges.
Used items may have some aesthetic damage or small repairs. No warranty is given or implied for used or second-hand units.
Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback without contacting us to resolve any issue you may have with us or an item purchased from us.
We will do our best to reply to messages as soon as possible but please allow up to 72 hours for a response – particularly over weekends.
