– Shipping prices quoted are always representative of UK Mainland prices, and additional premiums may be due for items being sent to UK Highland, Island and Northern Ireland addresses.
– All parcels are sent via recorded and insured shipping. International orders, all body panels, radiators, and items sent via pallet services have no insurance under any circumstances.

– Collection from our workshop is available on all parts during business hours of 9.00 – 18.00 on Weekdays, and 10.00 16.00 on Saturday. One hours notice is required for all collections, please contact us on 07530 787878 to make arrangements.Returns- All parts must be checked for any damage in transit upon arrival. Packages must be opened and items inspected before being signed for. We can NOT under any circumstances refund or exchange any parts damaged in transit if signed for in good order.
– If you wish to return an item please contact us via the eBay messaging system, and return the item to us within 7 days of receipt.
– Both outbound and return postage costs are to be incurred by the buyer, and an additional handling and re-stocking charge of 20% of the item price can be charged at our discretion.
– All items supplied have been tested and are security UV marked – Do not attempt to return faulty items in exchange for the item you have received. In the rare occasion that an item we have sent out is faulty, please send the item back to us within 7 days of receipt In order for us to test it. If a part supplied by us has been confirmed as faulty we will issue a full refund including all postage charges.
