ITEMS DELIVERED BY COURIER
All parts which are delivered by courier service (mainly we use Hermes or Post Office) must be opened infront of the driver and then signed for. Parcels which are signed for and then later when you open them and find them damaged will not be able to make a claim against them. If you find a parcel which is damaged then it must be signed for as damaged.
GLASS AND BODY PANELSGlass and body panels , we prefer local pick up due to fragile nature but will post however it is done so at buyers own risk.
SECURITY MARKS
all items are marked for security please do not remove these as items returned without markings will not be liable for a refund
FAULTY ITEMS
if a part is faulty a replacement will be sent after the original part has been returned and checked by ourselves , if no replacement part is available a refund will be issued, we do not refund return postage
